PAINTBOUND ACT 1 IS OUT NOW!. it took so DAMN hard to grind this out before school starts, but now thats its done, i got to say, this was sweet!
welcome to HOW I MAKE MY COMICS 101
First, I plan out the story. and by that, i mean i write down every single act, every single narrator diologue,even the art notes, .BUT, if you are batshit fucking insane like Andrew hussie, you can just memorize it in your head, but i HIGHLY dont recomend that!! Also, you should be very resorcful, very.
Next comes the fun shit! my tools! 1. drawing: i use JS paint in the browser, because i use a chromebook to make it, and its easier . 2.drawing 2.0: i also have a spritesheet-put-pieces where i actully construct them. and that leads to 3.Turbowarp/PenguinMod: i know this is stupid, but i made all of the [S] sequences IN PenguinMod, also, the pannels where they have alot of movement, first, i inport the bg into the background, then upload special PMS files containing their SpriteMode versions(or Bean/HeroMode versions if [S] Sequence) then i code the animations from when i press the blue flag, and record the full usally less than 5-7 second animation. 4.Ezgif-ing: i use Ezgif to turn the video recorded from PenguinMod into a gif.
Finally, I use the MSPFA (MS Paint Fan-Adventures) website to upload my pages, and set up the banner image(the one you currently see on the top of this website) and hope i get more then 3 favorites.
